Our hygienist, Kellie, is originally from the Tweed Coast and attended Newcastle University to earn her Bachelor of Oral Health degree.
Kellie has 13 years of experience in dentistry. During this time, she has gained vast experience and developed a strong passion for oral health.
Kellie joined the Arthur Street Dental team in January 2011 when she relocated to Coffs Harbour from Sydney.
As an oral health professional, Kellie instills in her patient a sense of purpose and works together with them to achieve and maintaining their optimum level of oral health. Kellie will tailor preventative treatment accordingly, thereby making use of her eye for detail and her gentle touch. She also is great with kids and those patients who find it difficult to overcome their dental fears.
“I enjoy being part of the Coffs community and building relationships with patients. This is one of the most rewarding attributes of my job.”
When Kellie is away from the clinic, you will often find her kayaking with her husband off the beautiful Coffs coast or walking her dog on the beach.
"A healthy mouth is like a well-built house: it all starts with good foundations."
Shannon is proud to call Coffs Harbour her hometown. She earned her Certificate III in dental assisting before joining our team six years ago.
“I love getting to be a part of our patients' journey in becoming confident and happy about their smile and teeth again. Also, I love being around my work colleagues each day as they bring me lots of laughter!”
When Shannon enjoys her free time, you can find her spending time with her family, friends and dog. She loves getting outside and enjoying the sun on weekends. Shannon also expresses her artistic side with home decorating.
Lisa hails from Berowra, NSW and achieved her Certificate III in dental assisting before joining our team seven years ago.
“I love working with a great team and knowing we are offering the best possible service to our lovely patients.”
Outside of the clinic, you will find Lisa catching up with friends, spending time with family, and watching her children play sport. She is currently learning Auslan (Australian Sign Language), which she loves.
